SouthFit's group fitness classes include cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, and neuromotor skills. Our certified instructors will lead you in fun and effective workouts!

During the Student Recreation Center's temporary closure due to COVID-19, we encourage you to join virtual classes. Expand the first box below for the links. In addition, follow the Department of Campus Recreation on Facebook and Instagram for more fitness resources.

This 30-minute class consists of cardio exercises alternated with rest. Both high-impact and low-impact options will be shown, so you can work at your own pace and level.
