SouthFit's group fitness classes include cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, and neuromotor skills. Our certified instructors will lead you in fun and effective workouts!

Lengthen, strengthen, and balance your body. Bring your own yoga mat; for health reasons, we do not provide.
